I am an attorney practicing in Washington, DC, and Casablanca, focusing on landlord-tenant law, business formation, immigration matters, and international arbitration. As a Senior Associate at AIN Law Group, I represent clients in the DC Superior Court for residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, handle contract negotiations, and oversee civil litigation matters. My work also involves assisting businesses with establishment and compliance, advising on immigration issues, and conducting international arbitration proceedings. Before entering private practice, I spent eleven years at the World Bank Group's Legal Vice Presidency, where I gained significant experience in international development law and cross-border transactions. During my time there, I focused on drafting and negotiating complex agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions. I am admitted to the DC Bar and hold a JD from The George Washington University Law School. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, I am able to serve a diverse international clientele.
