About Zhanna Maydanich

Zhanna started her journey as a fierce advocate at a very young age, playing an integral role in helping her recently emigrated family to negotiate and navigate their new life in the U.S. In light of her role in her family’s immigrant journey, she was inspired to become an attorney so she can be empowered to advocate for others, provide much needed guidance and representation and ensure that her clients achieve their dreams and accomplish their goals. As a seasoned counselor and litigator, Zhanna has handled numerous legal matters and lawsuits including complex divorce, custody and all and every aspect of family law related matters. She has represented and counseled business owners in all matters and transactions including, but no limited to, contract negotiations and disputes, reorganization and dissolution of partnerships and matters involving succession and estate planning. Zhanna serves as in-house counsel for over 50 small businesses in the Baltimore area, and has assisted hundreds of first-generation aspiring business owners to achieve their American dream of Entrepreneurship. She is a passionate and tenacious advocate of her clients’ best interests, as she has been successfully negotiating, mediating and litigating matters on behalf of her clients for over 20 years.
