About Yosi Yahoudai

I am Yosi Yahoudai, co-founder and the managing partner of J&Y Law. I am dedicated to advocating for my clients and making a meaningful difference in their lives. Few things bring me greater satisfaction than helping my clients regain stability and move forward after difficult times. My practice primarily focuses on cases involving automobile and motorcycle accidents that result in catastrophic or life-changing injuries. I also represent clients in premises liability lawsuits, including those involving dangerous public property conditions, third-party criminal conduct, and intentional torts. Additionally, I handle cases related to product defects, dog bites, elder abuse, and sexual assault. What sets me apart is the significant amount of personal time I devote to each of my clients. I am passionate about helping people and protecting their rights, and this passion drives every aspect of my work. Beyond securing the maximum financial recovery for my clients, I also prioritize connecting them with top-tier medical and rehabilitation services to support their physical and emotional recovery. I earned my Juris Doctor from Southwestern School of Law, where I had the privilege of serving as the Judicial Extern to the Honorable Alexander Williams III. During law school, I also worked as a certified law clerk in the Civil Liability Division of the City Attorney’s Office, focusing on personal injury cases. Before law school, I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, and I was honored to be a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. I am admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
