About Xiaojuan Huang

Xiaojuan Carrie Huang is an attorney licensed to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania. She was born in China and lived, studied and worked in China prior to moving to the United States. She obtained a B.A. in law from Nanjing University and a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. After graduation, she worked for the Law Office of Bruce Hudson (Hudson and Castle) focusing on litigation. Her current practice focuses on immigration, business formation, commercial litigation, and personal injury and medical malpractice. As a bilingual and bicultural lawyer trained in the U.S. and China, she has extensive experience in establishing and strengthening business relationships for international clients conducting business globally. She has helped many businesses from China to set up a Delaware business entity and has successfully represented business, professionals, investors, and individuals in the United States in a board scope of legal matters. Being intensively engaged in personal injury and medical malpractice practice, she has gained valuable experience in litigation and has participated in many trials in various Delaware and Pennsylvania courts.
