I am William “Bill” Cook, a compassionate Team Leader Attorney at Stange Law Firm, PC in Springfield, Missouri, with over three decades of combined legal and business experience. I am dedicated to assisting clients throughout Greene County and the surrounding areas. I pursued my legal education at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, where I graduated cum laude in May 1991. Prior to my legal studies, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, CO, also graduating cum laude, in 1987. I am fully licensed and prepared to serve clients in the State of Missouri. Before joininh the family law attorneys at Stange Law Firm, PC in Springfield, MO, I accumulated extensive experience in the legal sector. This includes founding and serving as the Principal of a consulting firm for nearly two decades. In that capacity, I was responsible for providing legal and business planning services to entrepreneurs and companies. My role involved collaborating closely with senior management to enhance clients’ contract management procedures, draft and revise form contracts and service agreements, improve HR practices and employment agreements, and offer legal counsel and business analysis concerning major strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, strategic realignments, downsizing, bankruptcy, and corporate finance.
