I continue representing Debtors, who are average people who have usually been hit with bad situations, like job loss, medical treatment and the overwhelming bills or divorce. I continue to help them get relief from unmanageable debt in a number of ways, like debt workout or through the Bankruptcy Court with the filing of a chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have 36 years experience in the Bankruptcy Court in Massachusetts and with the appointed chapter 7 and chapter 13 trustees in Massachusetts which helps when navigating the case through to its conclusion which is the discharge of the debt and a fresh start with a clean slate. Another significant portion of my practice continues to be divorce and the surrounding issues that arise from it, including child support, alimony, custody, division and visitation. Again, I primarily practice in the Family Courts in Worcester County and Middlesex County which covers the geographical area from just west of Boston, all the way out to Worcester on the Mass Pike. This area covers all of Metrowest, and the surrounding communities. I have more than 35 years experience in front of the Family Court Judges in these two counties. Finally, the last mjor area of practice continues to be in business formation and representation. This includes the type of corporation with which to operate the business to provide protection to the owner and keeping the businesses compliant with the annual requirements of the Commonweatlh of Massachusetts. Currently I continue to represent 23 of these businesses who turn to my office regularly for legal services and advice. I feel that I continue to provide a wealth of experience in these areas of the law which in turn adds value to my client's, when I represent them on these matters. This experience allows me to be up to speed on these matters at the beginning of the representation as I have usually in my experience encountered similar facts of my client's situation in other cases.
