About Tyler Geppert

Tyler J. Geppert is a Chicago-based attorney concentrating his practice on commercial litigation, corporate disputes, and white collar criminal defense. He represents businesses, executives, and professionals in complex matters involving significant financial and reputational risk. Mr. Geppert regularly handles business disputes including breach of contract claims, fiduciary duty litigation, partnership and shareholder conflicts, business torts, and corporate governance matters. He also advises corporate clients on litigation avoidance, compliance, and strategic risk management. His white collar practice includes defending individuals and companies facing criminal investigations, fraud allegations, and enforcement actions brought by state and federal authorities. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Geppert earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Iowa in 2012 and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2016. He is an associated member of the Chicago Bar Association.
