About Tyler Bathrick

After earning my Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 2003, I decided to leave the cold winters of the Midwest and head south to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law. I quickly fell in love with the South and chose to make South Carolina my permanent home. I began my career in personal injury law right after graduating from law school in 2006. Early in my career, I had the unique opportunity to work as an associate attorney under the guidance of two former South Carolina workers’ compensation commissioners. During this time, I represented hundreds of injured workers and gained in-depth knowledge of the workers’ compensation system, including settlements, trials, and appeals. I now bring this extensive experience and understanding of the system to my clients at Stewart Law Offices, LLC. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to have other law firms reach out to me for assistance with workers’ compensation claims. My colleagues often refer these cases to me, trusting that I will handle them with the highest level of care and skill.
