Troy Flake Troy Flake is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients in high-stakes trials involving major corporations and the federal government. Known for his straightforward and strategic approach, Troy’s clients trust him to understand their goals and deliver results. A 2008 honors graduate from the University of Michigan Law School, Troy’s distinguished career includes working for a major international law firm, clerking for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and serving for over a decade as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the United States Department of Justice. Before joining Flake & Flake, he was a Trial Attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission, specializing in federal litigation. Troy’s family is his greatest passion. He and his wife, along with their four children, enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.
