About Thomas Walker

For more than 47 years, I have helped entrepreneurs and small, and family-owned businesses overcome legal obstacles, reduce their personal and business risks, and achieve lasting legacies. Setting up businesses for long-term success from the formation through ownership and management succession is something in which I take great pride. I believe establishing and maintaining long-term relationships is the key to serving clients. To that end, I work every day to deliver legal services efficiently in a supportive, empathetic environment. My colleagues and I create, implement and continually improve an array of systems and services to meet the needs of our clients and assist them in reaping the enormous personal satisfaction and financial potential of successful businesses. My entry into the legal profession was impetuous: I always had an interest in business, but my first inclination was to focus that desire on my family’s company. But, on a whim, I decided to pursue a career in law, attended the University of Idaho year-round to obtain my Juris Doctor degree, and then continued my legal education at the University of Miami focusing on tax and business law. The long-ago snap decision grew into a passion that has lasted my entire life.
