I have been practicing criminal law exclusively since 1978. During that time, I've handled over 5,000 criminal cases to a successful conclusion. There is very little both factually and legally that I haven't seen before. I've kept my fees reasonable over this period of time. I do not accept every case, but if I decide to take you on as a client, you can expect to receive my best effort. I handle each case personally and do not hand your case over to some new attorney just "learning the ropes". The judges know me to be professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. I make every court appearance personally. Some clients would rather not see the inside of a courtroom. Whenever possible I make the court appearance for the client. 98% of my practice is in Orange County, but I have handled cases as far as Alaska and Hawaii. I give every case my utmost attention.
