About Thomas I have been a practicing attorney in the state of Washington since 1998. Since that time I pride myself in being a problem solver for my clients. Clients come to me with a variety of problems and legal issues. It is my job to help solve those problems and to resolve their issues. Sometimes the answer to the problem is aggressive litigation while other times simple, competent assistance with legal transactions is all that is needed. Regardless of what type of problem or legal issue you have, I am here to help you solve that problem or issue. As a practicing attorney, I have assisted clients in the area of Estate Planning, Probate, Family Law, Business Law, Real Estate Law and Aviation Law. In addition to my legal practice, I have also served as a faculty member for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU). ERAU is the world's largest, fully accredited university specializing in aviation and aerospace. My faculty rank with ERAU was Associate Professor and I taught a variety of legal subjects to include the following: Aviation Law; Business Law; Federal Regulations; Ethics; and the Legal System. I also served in the United States Military as an Army Aviator and Safety Officer and retired from military service is in 2005.
