I am a NY State attorney. I am currently in private practice with a focus on matters of litigation in central NY state courts and federal district courts. My law practice is concerned primarily with criminal defense, commercial law as well as plaintiff's civil causes of action such as personal injury, property claims or violations of various rights. I have plead matters on behalf of clients in criminal court and family court (divorce). I am accepting new clients in the aforementioned circumstances, as well as most general practice matters. I have additional experience in real estate law, international law, environmental law, bankruptcy law and political law.
