About Thomas Elmlinger

Tom Elmlinger is the attorney-owner of Elmlinger Law Office in Brentwood, where he works primarily in the areas of business law and estate planning, helping entrepreneurs, small business owners, families, and individuals produce, protect, and pass on their wealth. Regularly engaged in probate administration throughout Middle Tennessee, Mr. Elmlinger also handles estate planning, business startups, mergers and acquisitions and foreclosures. He has practiced for over 35 years in the Nashville area, including eight years as in-house corporate counsel and the rest in private practice. He is a member of the Tennessee and Williamson County Bar Associations. Mr. Elmlinger earned his B.S. degree and J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville.
