About Thomas Daggett

My environmental law experience includes a decade as an attorney for the Environmental Protection Agency, rising to Regional Counsel Section Chief; a decade as an Equity Partner for a 200 attorney litigation firm, rising to Chair of their Environmental Practice Group; and a decade running my own Environmental Law Boutique Firm in Chicago before opening my Firm's second office in Denver Colorado in 2011. I earned a Juris Doctorate, a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois in Urbana Champaign. I've been awarded the highest "AV" rating by Martindale Hubble based upon a confidential survey of my peers in the environmental law field, and am a long time member of the invitation only Leading Lawyers Network.
