I focus my legal work on helping families because I was there. At one time, I was a young witness to violence within my home and a naive child attempting to help my mother endure her own divorce. It is hard. And as I witness through my clients each and every day, there does not exist one solution that will fix every family dispute, divorce, or custody battle. Instead I work tirelessly with my clients to find the best solution for them in light of the legal realities that apply to their situation. I will push for settlement if desired; however I have no hesitation in aggressively pursuing resolution within the courts by utilizing the tools the law has to offer.
