Daniel ("Dan") Hollaway is President and Managing Director of the law firm of Hollaway & Gumbert in Houston, Texas. Following service in the United States Navy, he attended and graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1990, then immediately began representing hospital systems, physicians and other health care providers in 1991. He started his own law firm in 1997. In 2003, he became Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His practice includes managed care care litigation, business transactions, regulatory and administrative law matters, state and federal court litigation, plus arbitrations in various forums and states. He is a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator as well.
