Susan M. Charles, J.D., LL.M. (Elder Law) Attorney Susan Marie Charles is a Martindale-Hubbell "AV Preeminent" peer review rated elder law attorney practicing in Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg, and Tampa, Florida.
