About Stephen Antonucci

Stephen currently serves as the Town Solicitor in the Town of Lincoln, RI, the Town of Warren, RI and the Town of Little Compton, RI. He also represents a variety of businesses and private clients in various areas including zoning and land use. Stephen possesses a background in law enforcement and has extensive experience in criminal matters and specializes in defending DUI and Breathalyzer Refusal cases. He is also well versed in labor relations, including contract negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and employee discipline matters. Stephen is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, cum laude. While attending law school, Stephen served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Francis X. Flaherty in the Rhode Island Supreme Court and was a Presidential Scholarship recipient, as well as a member of the Honors Program. He was also a member of the 2014 Kappa II class of Leadership Rhode Island. Stephen is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
