Additionally, Ms. Moran earned an LL.M., with honors, in 2001 from Georgetown University Law School. Ms. Moran served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan R. Holmes Winfield of the District of Columbia Superior Court and was an intern for Chief Judge Robert M. Bell of the Maryland Court of Appeals. Ms. Moran has practiced law in large and medium sized firms where her focus has been family law, employment law and civil litigation. She has represented a range of plaintiffs and defendants comprised of individuals and executives to major corporations, Her work includes a large class action against the United States Foreign Service resulting in a multi-million dollar settlement. Ms. Moran is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. District Courts for Maryland and District of Columbia. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Entertainment Section and the District of Columbia Bar Association, Labor & Employment Law Section.
