About Shilpa Narayan

Shilpa Narayan is an Associate at Employment Law Firm PC. She represents victims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in employment. Prior to joining Employment Law Firm PC, Shilpa litigated complex commercial claims in both federal and state court and represented victims of domestic violence, pro bono, in family court. She is a 2009 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review, and a 2003 graduate, cum laude, of the University of Pennsylvania, College of Arts & Sciences. Shilpa began her legal career clerking for civil rights attorney Norman Siegel and is pleased to continue working on behalf of those seeking to vindicate their civil rights at Employment Law Firm PC. She lives with her husband and son in Brooklyn, New York.
