Shaun Setareh founded Setareh Law Group in 1999 with a simple but uncompromising mission: to stand up for employees who’ve been mistreated at work. For more than 25 years, he has represented workers facing wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, wage theft, unpaid overtime, and other violations of California labor law. Mr. Setareh is known for his tireless advocacy, strategic litigation skills, and unwavering commitment to holding employers , whether large or small, fully accountable. A UCLA honors graduate and Loyola Law School alumnus, Mr. Setareh launched his firm immediately after earning his degree, driven by a belief that every worker deserves powerful, accessible representation. His dedication to client advocacy has earned him repeated recognition, including Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2013–2014) and Super Lawyers honors (2016–2017).
