I am an associate attorney at Wachler & Associates, P.C., where I represent healthcare providers and suppliers in a variety of healthcare law, regulatory, and compliance matters. My work often focuses on Medicare audits and related appeals. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where I served as Vice President of the Real Estate Law Society and worked as a Lead Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law. Before that, I earned my B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, completing my degree in three years, summa cum laude, with a concentration in Political Science and Public Law. Before joining Wachler & Associates, P.C., I gained legal experience across different sectors. I worked in private equity at Foley & Lardner LLP, served as in-house counsel at Summa Health and Cummins Inc., and completed internships at Clifford Chance and Reed Smith in Abu Dhabi. These roles exposed me to corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and international legal work, shaping my practical, business-focused approach to client matters. My background in M&A and private equity law provides me with a business-oriented perspective that I apply to the complexities of healthcare law. I understand how government agencies and private entities operate from both operational and transactional viewpoints, which helps me develop strategic and efficient solutions to healthcare regulatory challenges. I am admitted to the State Bar of Michigan.
