I am a trial and appellate specialist handling criminal and personal injury cases, both trials and appeals. I graduated from the University of Denver and the University of Colorado Law School with honors including Phi Beta Kappa, Order of the Coif, and Law Review. I have successfully argued cases all over the state and in the United States Supreme Court, including such high-profile cases as the United Bank and Kathy Denson murder trial and the Jeffery Truax shooting lawsuit.
