Scott A. Parsons, a distinguished senior partner at O’Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble, LLC, has been practicing law since 1984. This case revolved around a client who suffered bilateral above-the-knee amputations after being hit by an uninsured dump truck. Mr. Parsons skillfully built a case against the subcontractor who employed the trucker, as well as the Project Manager and General Contractor, for their failure to verify the trucker's insurance coverage. Mr. Parsons successfully represented a plaintiff in a railroad accident case, securing a $6 million settlement.
