About Scott Brown

Attorney Scott Brown has been successfully representing clients with tenacity and compassion since graduating from the West Virginia College of Law in 1996. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in 1986, Scott worked in a research laboratory, as an investigator with the West Virginia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, and as an office manager at a physician's office, a job he continued throughout law school. From his offices in Wheeling, West Virginia, Scott vigorously represents and defends clients in West Virginia and eastern Ohio who have been charged with a crime or are facing potential criminal charges. Scott is dedicated to his clients and their cases and works tirelessly to get the charges against them dismissed or reduced while keeping his clients fully informed throughout the entire process. With the skills Scott has acquired throughout his career as a skilled criminal defense lawyer, he has gained the respect of local state prosecutors and assistant United States Attorneys and will fight for his clients.
