In 2020, Sandra Ribera Speed, ESQ obtained a $3.5 Million Settlement in favor of her client against the Diocese of Oakland. The Plaintiff was a victim of sexual abuse by three priests beginning when they were still a minor. In 2021, Ms. Ribera Speed secured another settlement against the Diocese of San Jose for $1.5 Million.
