Samuel grew up in South East Texas. He grew up in a very large family with 13 children. Samuel received his BS from Brigham Young University. Samuel graduated from the University of Houston Law School in 2004. Since then he has primarily practiced Social Security Disability Law, though he now also handles litigation.
