Sabrina T. Victor is a member of Barrett McNagny’s Corporate and Business Law Group. Sabrina represents corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, business formation, leveraged buyouts, corporate restructurings, and other corporate governance matters. She also represents clients with “Regulation D” and registered public securities offerings. Prior to joining Barrett McNagny, Sabrina worked at an international law firm where she advised private companies, private equity funds and strategic investors on a range of complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. Some of her representative matters include: - Represented a client in its $84 million purchase of 100% of the equity interests of HVAC companies.* - Represented a client in its $63.2 million purchase of 100% of the membership interests of a company that owns and controls five entities that specialize in plumbing, electrical and HVAC services.* - Represented a client in its $50 million purchase of 100% of the equity interests of a waste disposal company.* - Represented a client in its $23 million purchase of 100% of the equity interests of a computer software company.* - Represented a client in its $22 million purchase of 1,000 convertible preferred units of a fragrance company.* *The above representations were handled by Ms. Victor prior to her joining Barrett McNagny, LLP.
