I founded MONTOYA LAW with the belief that when you hire an attorney, you deserve to work directly with one. Before starting my own firm, I worked at a respected Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury law firm, where I served as the managing attorney. During that time, I successfully increased workers' compensation settlements for my clients. When settlements didn’t reflect what injured workers deserved, I took those cases to trial and achieved favorable outcomes. Throughout my career, I have handled numerous trials with positive results and negotiated millions of dollars in out-of-court settlements.
