I grew up on a dairy farm 30 miles northwest of Fremont, Nebraska. I am married and have two children and six grandchildren. At my church, I am the Treasurer, a member of the church council and its executive board, and I sing in the choir. I enjoy reading, traveling and people. I am a current member of the Nebraska State Bar Association (#11529) and a current member of the following sections of the Nebraska State Bar Association: Family Law, Agriculture Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate; and the Solo & small Firm Management section. I have served on the Board of Trustees of Midland Lutheran College (now Midland University), as President of its Investment Committee, and am currently the Secretary for the Atrium Plaza Condominium Regime. I was selected as one of the top 10 Outstanding Young Omahans of 1980, am a past chairman of the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation section of the Nebraska Bar Association, am an AV-rated preeminent attorney, and Gnuse Law Office, P.C. is an AV-rated law firm. I am a licensed Nebraska attorney, admitted to practice before all Nebraska state courts.
