Robert was asked to join two prominent trial attorneys, Ramon Gomez and Bruce Allen in the retrial of a murder case wherein the defendant had been previously convicted of murder. After several months of trial preparation, the jury trial lasted eight days. The jury deliberated two and one-half days before returning a verdict of "Not-Guilty".
