About Robert Reiff

Robert S. Reiff is a Florida Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer who has over 40 years of experience representing clients accused of DUI, DUI Manslaughter, Vehicular Homicide and other criminal offenses. He has tried over 100 trials in his lengthy career. Named the #1 most successful DUI defense attorney in a Miami Herald study of those who defend alleged DUI offenders. He is a faculty member of the National College or DUI Defense. He has also authored numerous articles on DUI defense, including "Auditioning For Your Freedom: Combating the Use of Field Sobriety Exercises in the DUI Prosecution" which was featured in the NACDL's "The Champion" magazine and he writes the DUI Notes column for the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
