About Robert Pollack

I founded The Pollack Law Firm, P.C. in 1997, focusing exclusively on matrimonial and family law, including contested and uncontested divorce, separation, prenuptial agreements, modifications, enforcement, and other related legal areas. I am recognized as one of the leading divorce attorneys in Nassau and Suffolk counties. I hold a "Preeminent AV Rated" title by Martindale-Hubbell among many other awards and honors I have received throughout my career. In 2015, I was appointed to the Matrimonial Special Masters Panel in Nassau County. In this role as Special Master, I assist the Court by collaborating with attorneys and clients in particularly challenging cases. I leverage my extensive experience in matrimonial law and divorce mediation to help resolve issues that are stalling the finalization of cases. A significant milestone in my career occurred in 2007 when I made law in New York with my unique and successful arguments in the Nassau County case of C.H. v. R.H. This "case of first impression" not only brought significant media attention to me and The Pollack Law Firm, P.C., but it also continues to stand as good law in New York today. The Pollack Law Firm, P.C. has achieved successful outcomes in numerous divorce and family law cases over the years.
