About Robert Pearce

I grew up in Ohio but have been a long-time resident of New Hampshire, where I live with my wife and our two children. I joined the firm in 2025, bringing over two decades of experience in real estate and commercial law. My work involves negotiating and closing complex commercial real estate transactions, as well as preparing essential organizational documents for business entities, such as corporate resolutions, bylaws, and operating agreements. I also frequently advise developers and wireless telecommunications companies on land use and zoning matters, assisting clients in navigating regulatory requirements for the development and use of real property. I am admitted to practice law in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in 1999 and my Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2003.
