About Robert Moshrefzadeh

Robert Moshrefzadeh, J.D., Ph.D. is a Director and Assistant Chief IP Counsel at the 3M Company. Robert has been with 3M for some 38 years, the first 12 years as a scientist conducting research on displays and touch systems and the rest as a patent attorney working primarily on global patent prosecution and patent infringement litigation. Robert has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Optical Sciences, a Ph.D. in Optical Sciences, and a J.D. in Patent Law from William Mitchell School of Law. Robert is the father of three adult sons. His personal research and studies include racial justice and racism with focus on the most vital and challenging issue in America. Robert’s hobbies include running and biking, and he currently lives in North St. Paul, Minnesota.
