About Robert Kern

Robert has worked for both large and small firms in South Carolina, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. He has represented Fortune 500 companies such as Intel, individual homeowners, and in between. Robert won a major appeal that redefined South Carolina defamation law, and is still taught in the law school today. Kern Law is well versed in the complexities of appellate practice and the litigation of appeals in Nevada state and federal courts. We have extensive experience representing both appellants and respondents. We have handled appeals involving a wide variety of issues, and have experience with oral argument in front of the Ninth Circuit and the Nevada Supreme Court.
