About Robert Jr.

Rob is a Nebraska native, born and raised in the western panhandle town of Scottsbluff. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, majoring in marketing and management. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1970 and earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1973. Rob practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, product liability, personal injury, and general civil litigation. His commercial law practice includes title review and loan document review for banking and business clients, as well as litigation of contract disputes. His work also includes seeking injunctive relief and litigation of non-compete agreements. Rob's litigation experience includes federal litigation in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. He has been a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys for over 35 years and was recently recognized by Martindale-Hubbel as having attained its highest ranking for 20 years. Rob is legal counsel to Sesostris Shrine Temple and has also served as a board member and general counsel to FarmHouse International Fraternity, and has received the fraternity's highest honor, Master Builder of Men. Rob has also served as Special Assistant Attorney General to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission for 10 years and is currently a prehearing conference officer for the Commission. Rob is the father of two daughters. His additional outside interests include researching and collecting baby-boomer era toys.
