I was born and raised in Texas and currently serve as the Managing Partner of The Wilhite Law Firm. In this role, I manage many of our large cases and have helped guide the cases to significant outcomes, including achieving a $9.5 million recovery for a client harmed by a defective product. I founded The Wilhite Law Firm with a mission to seek justice for individuals whose lives have been profoundly impacted by devastating car accidents. Throughout my career, I have been committed to holding negligent parties, corporations, and insurance companies accountable for the harm they inflict on innocent people. Some of the notable results I have achieved for my clients include: - A $9.5 million recovery for a client injured by a defective product. - A $2.5 million recovery for a client struck by a distracted driver while crossing the street. - A $1.9 million recovery for a client injured by a malfunctioning warehouse door. I have extensive experience as a litigator, handling cases involving wrongful death, car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall incidents, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and defective products. I have represented clients in various jurisdictions across the country and have tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts. Since 2012, I have been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine. Additionally, I was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates in recognition of my work as a trial lawyer. I attended Highland Park High School, where I was active in football, baseball, and lacrosse. From an early age, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in law. After graduating in 1996, I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where I earned a B.A. in political science and enjoyed outdoor sports. My brother Nathan and I spent our summers backpacking and hiking in places like Greenland and Pakistan. These experiences have shaped my drive and determination in my career.
