Thank you for taking the time to read my personal biography. I have spent my entire life as a resident of Western New York and have deep roots in this community. I graduated from Canisius College and earned my law degree from Duquesne University in 1992, where I was a member of the Duquesne Law Review. After law school, I began my legal career at Saperston & Day, one of Buffalo's largest and most respected insurance defense law firms. While there, I worked in the firm's Insurance Coverage Department, representing multiple insurance companies. However, I quickly realized that this type of work was unfulfilling, and in 1995, I left to join attorney Alan Bernstein as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury lawyer. In 1997, Alan Bernstein, Benjamin Andrews, and I came together to form the Law Firm of Andrews, Bernstein & Maranto, PLLC. Fourteen years later, in 2011, we moved our offices to our current location in one of the historic Hamlin Mansions located at 420 Franklin Street in Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood. Since the firm’s founding, I have served as a practice manager, and in 2011, I became the Managing Partner of the Firm. For over three decades, our practice has been dedicated exclusively to representing clients involved in serious injury accidents, and we have grown to become one of the largest Personal Injury firms in Western New York- with a dedicated staff of over Twenty-Five people. Within the legal community, we are known for our commitment to our clients, taking cases to trial unless our opponents agree to resolutions that meet our recommended parameters and satisfy our clients' expectations. I am proud to ensure that every client is treated as an individual, not just another case, and I endeavor to treat every person with care and compassion.
