π (800) 864-4000I am Rob Astorino, Jr., born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and I am deeply committed to my role as a trial attorney. My practice primarily focuses on civil litigation, where I represent individuals who have endured severe injuries from car accidents, big truck accidents, and motorcycle accidents. I also handle cases involving slip-and-fall incidents and medical malpractice, as well as wrongful death claims, fighting for families who have tragically lost loved ones due to the negligent or wrongful actions of others. My legal experience extends to a variety of civil litigation areas, including consumer fraud, breach of contract, insurance denials, bad faith claims, and other consumer protection issues. I have successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, up to the Kentucky Supreme Court. In recent years, I have been recognized for my work in Section 1983 cases, representing individuals whose constitutional rights have been infringed upon by local government officials, police, or state employees. Growing up in the St. Matthews neighborhood, I graduated from Trinity High School in 2006. I pursued higher education at Purdue University, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with minors in Finance and Psychology, in 2010. I then earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2013. I am licensed to practice across several courts in Kentucky, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky. I am an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the Louisville Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. My dedication to my field has been recognized by Super Lawyers, who named me a βRising Starβ in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
