About Richard Kammen

As a partner at the firm Kammen & Moudy, Indiana criminal defense attorney Richard Kammen provides counsel in a wide range of criminal cases. For over four decades, Mr. Kammen has been practicing law. In his career, Attorney Kammen has handled a wide range of federal and state criminal cases as both an appointed and retained attorney. His diligent legal work has resulted in United States District Judges appointing him as the representation in capital cases. He currently serves as faculty at the National Criminal Defense College and the Trial Lawyers College. The Indiana Bar Association honored Mr. Kammen with their Pro Bono Award. He has been selected for inclusion in Indiana Super Lawyers® for the past 10 years.
