About Richard Deutchman

Rick is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney representing personal injury victims throughout New Jersey. After graduating from New York Law School, he practiced at a law firm in New York City representing accident victims before dedicating himself to litigation in New Jersey. Over the last 35 years, he has successfully tried countless cases to verdict with unparalleled representation guided by a more personal, highly supportive approach. In addition to appearing in courts throughout the state, Rick has argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division on numerous occasions and also represents clients in Municipal Court matters throughout New Jersey. Rick served as a member of the District VIII Attorney Ethics Committee from 2001-2005. He also is a member of the following organizations: - New Jersey State Bar Association - Middlesex County Bar Association - Middlesex County Trial Lawyers’ Association - Somerset County Bar Association - Trial Attorneys of New Jersey Additionally, he serves as an arbitrator through the Superior Court of New Jersey Arbitration Program.
