I am a Dutch attorney in the Netherlands (Amsterdam). Our Dutch law firm in the Netherlands has a lot of experience in international disputes, commercial contracts (distribution agreements, franchise agreements, commercial agency contracts, purchase agreements, LOI's, NDA's etc.).
