Rebecca L. Shandrick, Esq. is the principal of the Law Offices of Rebecca L. Shandrick, LLC. She has been practicing law for over 30 years and is experienced in the areas of Elder Law, Guardianship and Conservatorship, Estate Planning, Medicaid eligibility and appeals, Wills and Trusts, estate litigation, fiduciary representation, Powers of Attorney, Probate, estate planning for persons with special needs and special needs trusts and all related areas. Ms. Shandrick is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law and served on the Board of Editors of the University of Colorado Law Review. She is admitted to all Colorado Courts, and also the federal District Court of the 10th Circuit, the 10th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Shandrick has been practicing Elder Law since 1989 and has experience in all aspects of this area. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Colorado Bar Association and the Elder Law Section and Trusts and Estates Section of the Colorado bar.
