π (813) 699-4858I focus my practice on the intersection of law and the music industry, representing independent artists, producers, and labels. Licensed to practice in Florida, I provide practical legal guidance on contracts, intellectual property, business structures, and deal negotiations. My approach blends the precision of legal training with the real-world perspective I gained from years of hands-on experience in the music business. Before starting my boutique practice, I worked as an A&R and client development professional at Symphonic Distribution, where I collaborated with artists and labels navigating the ever-evolving digital music landscape. I also co-founded Cigar City Management, an independent artist management company, and launched Cigar City Radio, a podcast series that highlights musicians and industry voices. These roles gave me firsthand insight into the challenges artists faceβnot just creatively, but also in protecting their rights and building sustainable careers. I earned my law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and am a member in good standing with The Florida Bar. I am also a Grammy Professional Member and have been recognized with an RIAA Platinum award for my contributions to the music industry. My practice, Randy Ojeda Law PLLC, is built on the principles of accessibility, transparency, and artist-friendly services, offering subscription and flat-fee options tailored to independent creators. Whether Iβm reviewing a recording agreement, structuring an LLC, or negotiating a sync license, my goal is to empower musicians with the knowledge and legal support they need to thrive in todayβs industry.
