About Ralph Ferrara

My legal practice is centered around general litigation, with a strong focus on construction and complex commercial litigation. I have a wealth of experience in the courtroom, having been involved in over 200 trials, hearings, and arbitrations. I began my career by founding and managing the Princeton, NJ office of Richardson & Patel. Subsequently, I served as the Managing Partner at the Cherry Hill, NJ office of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel. I also chaired the Construction Industry Group at Wolf Block and led the Litigation Department while serving on the executive committee at Flaster Greenberg. In 2024, after a decade of operation, I closed the Ferrara Law Group, which I had founded. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my work in the field. I was honored as one of New Jersey’s “Super Lawyers” for three consecutive years—2009, 2010, and 2011. This recognition was featured in both the New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine and New Jersey Monthly. Additionally, my work in construction/surety law was nationally highlighted in the Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition in May/June 2010.
