About R. Stephens

We help nuclear weapons and uranium workers with their Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) claims. These are two federal programs that pay compensation to nuclear weapons workers and uranium miners, millers, transporters as well as on-site participants (who were on-site for a test of a nuclear weapon either at the Nevada Test Site (NTS) or in the South Pacific and Downwinders (who lived downwind of the Nevada Test Site during the nuclear weapons testing that took place in the 1940s- 1960s. We also assist parents and their children with certain birth injury claims.
