Attorney Peter C. Osman, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, is a dedicated estate planning attorney licensed in Wisconsin. With a solid academic background, including undergraduate studies at both the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he earned his BA with honors, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. Specializing in estate planning and elder planning, Peter has received extensive training in Medicaid asset protection planning, a crucial aspect of his elder planning practice. He is committed to educating both clients and professional advisors through regular workshops covering various topics within his specialty areas, including estate planning, wills and trusts, charitable planning, and Medicaid qualification.
