Paul S. Evangelista, Esq. is the principal owner of The Law Office of Paul S. Evangelista, P.C. He concentrates his practice in Consumer Bankruptcy Law and related matters, including debt negotiation, debt reorganization, work-outs, and collection matters. Mr. Evangelista has represented consumer debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases successfully throughout New Jersey. Mr. Evangelista is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association and serves as a Trustee. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Hudson Inn and Bankruptcy Inn of Court. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of New Jersey and the Federal Bars of the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
